Why meeting your self in the future would be impossible if you time-travelled into the future.

Why meeting your self in the future would be impossible if you time-travelled into the future.

Basically we are all time travellers, because time moves along with us, or we move along with time, or both. This is the normal time-travelling, which I am not talking about in this writing. Rather, I talk  about the time-travelling which we see in works of fiction including games, films and others.

I explain why I believe meeting your self in the future would be impossible if you time-travelled into the future.
Some of these fictional works give the suggestion that if you travel into the future you may meet a future you who is older than you(THIS you who has travelled) and has achieved certain things which you(THIS you who has travelled) have never done(yet). I don't believe that if this abnormal time-travel were possible, the we could meet our future selves by jumping into the future.
You can jump into the past and meet your baby self because your baby self has already happened.
But your future self has not yet happened, so if you jump into the future, you may instead discover  that you have been (considered) missing for all that time that you passed to reach the future. Someone may say: "Hey, where have you been for the past one week?" if you come from a week ago in the past.

Think about it. Your future self should at least have been the current you in his or her past, just as you have once been your baby self in the past. Your past self is the foundation of the present you.
So if you jump into the future and meet a future self of yours who has gotten rich, the question  is:  how did he or she get to that point without passing through YOU ? When did it happen ? If you have time-travelled, did he or she also time-travel when they were the current you? And what did heshe(he/she) see when heshe time-travelled? Another future himher(him/her) who had gotten rich ? If your future self tells you that heshe never time-travelled, watch out. Because your past self is the foundation of the present you,and so you are the foundation of your future self. Your future self must have experienced everything that the current you has experienced, including this time-travel that you have just done.
If that is the case, what did heshe see when they time-travelled ? Their future self? I doubt. They wouldn't meet any future self, and YOU wouldn't meet any future self, because the future has not yet happened.
It is senseless then if a past self of you suddenly mets you now. How and when did that happen? You don't remember EVER doing that when you were younger. Maybe you don't even yet know how to do that special time-travel ,so how did your PAST self, whose knowledge and memories you OUGHT to have, do it ?

In summary, you cannot meet your future self if you time-travel into the future, because no future self will exist there. However  you can  see your past self in the PRESENT. This is an example of how I think it can happen:
The time now may be  2:45pm. You time-travel into the future by 15 minutes, so you arrive at 3pm in the same geographic place(I don't say "physical" place because due to the earth's spinning I believe that where you are now keeps changing its position in three-dimensional space). When you arrive , you can wait for 10 seconds, the travel back to the past you came from.(If you arrive too early, at a time before the one at which you left,  you may meet your past self who is still preparing to jump ahead and once heshe sees you, there will be a problem because there will now be two instances of you in reality, and  there will be no way to change that; you may only have to hide it from other people, and that can ruin your entire life. Imagine yourself fighting with your past self over the wife of your past self, since you both married her!)When you arrive back at 2:45pm, just wait, maybe hide out of view, until 3pm comes. You may see your past self appear, wait, and then disappear as heshe returns to hiser past. What happened? You saw your past self travelling into your present, and then leaving it. Technically, your past self would have met hiser future self IF they saw you, but that is because you made it happen. By default , however, you cannot jump into the future and meet your future self who does not already know what you know and who has not done everything that you have already done, including the time-travel itself.
